Find volunteer events for everyone

Inform members of service events throughout the year (Service events include: pack cleanups, walks, soup kitchens, etc)

Find project captains for each event and inform them of their duties

Find members to write articles about events for our monthly newsletter

Make a google form so people can sign up for events
Fundraising Committee

Create awesome fundraisers in the school to gain money to give to charities and to fund service events (Examples: Bake Sales, Clothing Drives, etc.)

Think of fun trips to have around New York City and invite different Key Clubs to join (Examples: Movie Fundraisers, Roller Skating, etc.)

Ask other Key Clubs if they would like to “interclub,” or create a fundraiser together.

Communicate with the Outreach committee to get the fundraisers on social media

Create forms and documents about what is needed to have a certain fundraiser

Answer any questions concerning the fundraiser or Fundraising in general.

Communicate closely with the Fundraising Committee

Make sure the poster and the video fits into all rules and requirements.

Make the best scrapbook for the next Leadership Training Conference

Keep track of deadlines (scrapbook has to be done before LTC)

Organize Scrapbook Committee meetings

Brainstorm ideas with fellow members and the executive board

Gather materials and make the sketch needed for the scrapbook
